The 2026 SMU City Dialogues was held in conjunction with the 17th World Ageing Festival at Marina Bay Sands. It served as a platform that brings together global academics, policymakers, and industry leaders to exchange ideas and generate actionable insights for sustainable and inclusive urban development. This year’s theme enabled participants to engage with key issues such as ageing-in-place, healthy longevity, purposeful ageing, and financial and social resilience, highlighting opportunities to unlock the potential of the longevity economy while strengthening systems of support.
